What is your fondest memory of high school?:  Studying at the library each weekend, of course.

It all began by spending countless hours at TJ trying to answer the question, " How long is a piece of string?"  I decided next to graduate from CSU, and start a farm and ranch operation in the northern part of our state.  For the next 20 years I was transferred throughout the US as a manager with Fortune 500 Corporations.  In 2001, I happily returned to Colorado and began a new career in higher education.  I am presently the Vice President of Teikyo Loretto Heights University, and this spring I completed my PhD at the University of Denver.  Lisa (Tanne) and I have been together since 1983.  Acreage-life has allowed us to raise a son who is in Pre-Pharmacy at CSU, a daughter who's studying Biology at CU, and a large pack of Old English Sheepdogs.  After all of that, I still don't know how long a piece of string is.

What a kick to see everyone's pictures and read your comments! I have lived happily in Colorado since HS graduation (left for a couple years to attend ASU) After graduating from CU I taught at Graland Country Day School where I met my future step children (and ex-wife) prior to meeting their dad, my husband Doug. Doug and I met a couple years later while swimming laps at Cherry Creek Sporting Club. I had a lot of fun when it came time to "meet" his kids 'cause we already knew each other.Both kids live here and have 5 sweet grandchildren between them. We have been married for 23 years and have a wonderful son, Parker, who will attend CU this fall. Parker graduated from Cherry Creek HS  where he played golf and varsity tennis and now is passionate about downhill mountain biking which is not great for a 53 year old mother's heart who already had hot flash issues! Doug has been retired for three years  and we love our time together. Summer in New Hampshire at Doug's family camp on Lake Winnesquam is our main outing each year with little side trips here and there. I retired from teaching when I had Parker and have recently returned to working part time at a really fun little store in Centennial where I spend much more than I make. Have a great reunion and thank you for all the effort that has gone in to puttting this event together.

We have 2 daughters, Taryn, age 23, and Elisabeth, age 15, and 2 smaller four legged children with fur, Gus and Daisy.  After teaching junior high and high school, I was Western Region Corporate Trainer for FedEx for nearly 17 years. I'm now "reitred" and substitute teach regularly in the special ed department at Cherry Creek High School.

I am curently a painter.  I specialize in faux painting and murals and feature rooms in Las Vegas area model homes.  
I taught aerobics for 28 years and finally stopped teaching this year.  
Because of my husbands' occupation (he's retired now), we moved about 20 times in 20 years - all over the country, even Scotland.  We love to travel and have been to Europe many times.
My fondest memories of school were my teachers (expecially Mrs. Gruenler, who encouraged me in art).  I continued with it as a jeweler for 14 years and have picked it up again for the last 6 years in Vegas, painting homes.
My other memories are friends that I still have (from grade 7 to 12) because we went to T J all those years together - except for the 1/2 year at Hamilton Jr. High.

I have been happily married to Sue for 20 years and we have 2 teenage daughters - no shortage of drama at our house!  I'm a registered pharmacist and have been in Pharmaceutical (legal) Sales for the past 24 years.  I enjoy being with friends and family, CU Football Games, skiing, bicycling, fly fishing, sporting clays and bird hunting.
