Husband:   Eugene Wadas
Springer Spaniel:  Arthur Wadas (pampered)
My husband, Eugene, and I have lived in Montana for almost eighteen years.  Prior to that, we had two different homes in Oklahoma.
After working for oil and gas companies, the public schools, and a variety of law firms, I moved into the realm of government a couple of years ago.  Since that time, I've been enjoying working for the State of Montana in their Department of Public Health.  Specifically, I'm with Vocational Rehabilitation in the Disability Services Division.
In addition, I've recently been writing and will be having my first book, Journey Into Paradise, published in the next few months - if all goes according to plan!  This has been an exciting and a very pleasurable new endeavor.  I'm looking forward to writing more in the future.
Traveling, reading, baking, hiking caring for pets, playing the piano, volunteer work (tutoring at local schools, helping at animal shelters, etc), and get-togethers with family and friends occupy other portions of my time in very enjoyable ways.
My favorite memories of TJ:
Jim Lamson's Biology class
Lucy Homestead's Semantics class

From Jesse:
I have been blessed with a wonderful husband Scott of 26 years and a son, Josh who is the highlight of my life. We live as far as possible from the city - outside of Parker and enjoy spending time with family and friends whenever we can. I have been in the Special Event industry for 15 years and have produced some of the most spectacular weddings, corporate events and mitzvahs - with so many wonderful clients to thank and enjoy. I can't wait to see everyone and thanks to Marilyn and the committee for all of their hard work in making this possible.

What is your fondest memory of high school?:  Sunrise tennis and then skiing with Campbell's posse. Did I really do that?
From Michael:
Sorry I won't be able to join you at the reunion. Thanks to everyone for putting this site together!

I attended DU, went to law school at Loyola in Chicago, started out as a prosecutor in the Cook County State's Attorneys office, taught law school part time and have been with my firm for the past 25 years. I married late (8 wonderful years ago) and have no recollection of what occurred before that other than the above.

Maria and I have two beautiful daughters, ages 4 and 6. A few years ago I decided to obtain an incredibly impractical degree at the University of Chicago and they're pictured with me in the photo. Chicago has been great to me but I miss Colorado more every year.

It's great to see everyone doing so well. Enjoy the reunion. I'll be with you in spirit.

What is your fondest memory of high school?:  Oh Lordy - the miniskirts, I think. Ski Club, Speech meets, some great teachers, many good friends.
From Bob:
Like they say, you're only young once, but you can be immature forever.  I took a long time to enter adulthood, and as a result I didn't get married until I was 41.  My wife Janet was 9 years old when we graduated in 1973.  We have two boys, Grant (9) and Logan (6).  They're sort of named after the streets in Denver, but it's a long story.  They're a handful but a huge amount of fun.  Young kids and a young wife keep me young, right?  That's the theory at least.

After TJ I got an Electrical Engineering degree at CU, worked in the computer field a couple of years, then went on to CU Law School.  I'm a patent lawyer, living in Seattle and practicing intellectual property litigation and licensing for U.S. and international clients (making a lot of trips to Japan lately.)  I'll be at the reunion and looking forward to seeing friends from the TJ years!

What is your fondest memory of high school?:  When we started a lacrosse team in 10th grade, and three years later, as seniors we won the Colorado State HS Lacrosse Championship Title--unbelievable, but true. And of course, Beggars, Mr. Mac, backstage, all school shows. What a ball we had!
From Phil:

Graduated Northwestern, Theatre Dept., in ’78 and spent a lot of time chasin’ that dream. Performed in NY, spent 10 years in LA. Got my big break when I moved back to Denver and met my beautiful wife, Doris. 14 years later, our son, Luke is about to start high school. Life is good. Doing voiceovers and theatre when I can. Recently played Don Quixote (Man of La Mancha) in upstate NY.

Hello to my friends—really looking forward to catching up at the reunion.

What is your fondest memory of high school?:  Too many to pick just one. It was all great fun!
From Patrick D.:

Before joining the Foreign Service in 1986, I dabbled in commercial salmon fishing, railroad work, and law.  I found my lovely and talented wife Mary in 1988 and we then added Tayla (woof) and Miss Kitty to make our family complete (pending the appearance of new strays).
Our assignments have taken us all over the world - particularly to Africa.  We just returned from a delightful tour in Switzerland; where dogs get their due respect and the country abounds with outdoor activities.

Thanks to the Marilyn Kal and the committee for giving us an opportunity to see old friends and meet new ones!
